It marks a significant milestone in our journey towards creating a positive impact — not just for the children who play with our toys, but for the planet they’ll grow up in.

At MODU, we design toys that inspire creativity, movement, and sustainable play. Becoming a B Corp is a testament to our commitment to creating positive change. From responsibly sourcing our materials to ensuring long-lasting designs that grow with kids, we strive to minimize environmental impact and prioritize quality at every step. By joining the global B Corp community, we are reaffirming our promise to balance purpose and profit, considering the well-being of our customers, workers, communities, and the planet in everything we do.

This certification is a proud achievement, but it’s also a challenge and commitment: to continue innovating and improving, ensuring that we’re not just making toys, but building a better future.

What is a B Corp?

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies that meet high standards of social and environmental responsibility, transparency, and accountability. They are certified by the non-profit B Lab, ensuring they balance purpose and profit while being transparent and accountable.

“B” stands for Benefit for all—B Corps work to build a more inclusive, fair, and sustainable economy. Today, more than 8,300 businesses worldwide, including 100+ in Denmark, are part of this global movement.

To become a B Corp, a company must complete the B Impact Assessment, which evaluates performance across five areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. A company must score at least 80 points to qualify and get recertified every three years to ensure ongoing commitment. Curious about how we measure up? Check out our Impact Score Report below.
