MODU ApS accepts credit card payments (VISA, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, American Express), MobilePay and accelerated checkouts (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

All price currencies are shown based on your geolocation (EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK) and include your local VAT. Custom duties for UK orders are not included and will be charged to the customer.

The payment amount for your order will be reserved on your bank account until your order has been shipped. Payment will be deducted from your account after your order has been shipped. 

MODU ApS uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your webbrowser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us..

3. Shipping

MODU ApS delivers via DPD (GLS and PostNord), to the recipient, unless stated otherwise. Delivery takes place at the delivery address stated by the customer.

We strive to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 am, Monday-Friday, on the same day or the following working day, with expected delivery within 2-6 working days, unless otherwise informed. Since MODU ApS cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, MODU ApS cannot safely indicate when the goods are delivered at the customer's address. In cases where the requested item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with information about the further process. As a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase if the entire service is delayed in relation to the agreement.

When purchasing through our web shop, shipping prices are added and displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to choose which shipping method we find best suited to each order.

We ship worldwide. Products purchased and delivered inside the EU are covered with Danish VAT and are subject to no further costs. Please be aware that products shipped outside EU could be subject to local VAT and Taxes. You have to check up with your local regulations in order to get information about this.

4. Returns and Claims

4.1 Warranty

MODU ApS is covered by a limited warranty. We replace, without charge, any purchase, which is defective due manufacturing fault.

MODU ApS cannot be held responsible for incorrect use, vandalism or similar external factors that are out of our hands.

If your purchase appears to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us and provide photo documentation in order to asses the issue and find a solution.

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is granted for the product. The warranty covers errors in material and/or manufacturing.

Our customers have a right of a 24 months warranty. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a money refund, or get a discount in price, depending on the specific circumstances.

Should you receive a faulty product, you need to inform us, no later than two months after discovering the defects.

If your claim is warranted, we will refund your shipping costs (within reason). The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to enclose a receipt for shipping, so we may refund your shipping costs.

4.2 Right of cancellation

You have 100 days return policy on the goods. The cancellation period expires 100 days after you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, which are being delivered individually, the cancellation period expires 100 days after, you receive the last item.

Should you wish to cancel your purchase you need to send an email to In your message, please make it clear that you wish to use your right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the items without notifying us at the same time.

As a customer, you hold all return costs and you are liable for any damage on the items during return shipping.

4.3 Returns

Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 100 days to return the item to us.

All return shipping and handling costs are paid by the customer, who, furthermore, is liable for any damage which occurs during return transportation.

4.3.1. Condition of Product

You are liable only for any impairment of the value of the goods, which is due to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the condition of the items. In other words, you can test and evaluate the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it to real use.
If the product has been used in other ways than described above, we consider the products to be used, which means that, in case of cancellation of the purchase, the purchase amount will only be returned in part, or not at all.

We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packing is missing, it may result in a depreciation in value of the item.

4.3.2 Repayment

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money returned, provided you have cancelled your purchase within 100 days after having received your order. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount, for which you are liable. We will refund you your money, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs, should you have chosen a different delivery method from the low price standard delivery, we offer).

We will refund the money to the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we receive the product unless you send us documentation that the product has been returned.

We reserve the right not to be liable for such errors or changes. Unless otherwise stated, no employee, affiliate, or representative of MODU ApS is liable for any criminal acts arising from the use of this website nor for products and services sold on this website.
