Customer Care & Operations Assistant

At MODU, we design modular building toys developed with a focus on active play and great design. Right now, we are looking for a structured and service-minded part-time colleague or student assistant to help us support our customers during busy peak periods and ensure smooth B2B order logistics — acting as the vital link between our Customer Care, Sales, and Logistics teams.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Assist our Customer Care team during busy peak periods by answering inquiries from customers across Europe via email and chat
  • Process, coordinate, and track B2B orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our retail partners
  • Act as the daily bridge between Customer Care, Sales, and our external warehouse/logistics partners
  • Proactively follow up on shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle claims or missing items
  • Keep order systems and customer data updated and organized

We imagine that you:

  • Are naturally structured, detail-oriented, and great at keeping a cool head during busy periods
  • Love solving problems and take pride in following tasks all the way to the finish line
  • Can work independently and stay connected with the team, whether you are at the office or working from home
  • Communicate effortlessly and professionally in English (written and spoken)—additional European languages like Danish, German, or French are a big plus
  • Are looking for a flexible part-time job alongside your studies or other commitments (experience from customer support or coordination is a plus, but not a requirement)

Practical details:

  • Employment type: Part-time / Student position (hourly paid), with flexible hours and extra shifts during peak seasons
  • Location: Hybrid — a mix of our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, and remote work (much of the work can be done remotely)
  • Application deadline: [Insert Date, e.g., November 15, 2026]
  • Start date: As soon as possible / Upon agreement
  • Send application to: theo@modu.dk

Sounds like the right job for you? We look forward to hearing from you. Send your short application and CV to theo@modu.dk as soon as possible, as we conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.

We encourage all candidates, regardless of gender, age, and background, to apply, and we welcome applications where personal information is kept anonymous or omitted.
